SP-JONATHAN was established in 1999 and led by Jonathan. In his first year as a Unit Manager, he was recognised as the Regional/Company wide Top Unit Manager. In his 3rd year of managing the agency, he qualified for the top industry award - President's Round Table Award (2001) and became a Million Dollar Agency (2008). Jonathan's philosophy in life is very simple: Hard Work, Honesty and Integrity. He also has a lot of respect for people who are self-made businessmen.

SP-JONATHAN is actively recruiting and expanding. We promote leadership and would like to attract people from all walks of life.

Even the best sportsman in the world needs a good coach to constantly guide him. As Jonathan strongly believes that everyone is a born winner, he thrives on bringing out the winner in each of his associates. Many of them had not realized their full potential until they joined this vibrant agency. As a result, they have achieved what many people in the industry believed to be an extremely difficult goal - the attainment of industry awards such as, Top 10 Companywide Consultant, Court of the Table (3x Million Dollar Round Table), AIA Centurion Club, AIA Superstar Club, etc.
