Prior to joining SP-Jonathan, I served a multi-national tele-communication company as a manager responsible for recruiting and grooming its international sales intermediaries. I gave up an attractive annual salary package to join AIA as a Financial Services Consultant.
My new role as a Unit Manager has brought me to greater heights in self-actualisation; I began to realize the dreams that have seemed distant to me.
In our agency, we are grouped into different teams and currently, I am working with a team of 5 and all of us enjoy working with our clients to realize their dreams through prudent financial planning.

Coming from a non-financial services and a non-sales background, I knew I had a lot to learn when I first joined SP-Jonathan in 1999. SP-Jonathan had taught me tremendously over the last 10 years - both building up my financial knowledge and establishing my clientele base over the years.
I am proud to say that my hard work, coupled with my passion and belief, has definitely paid off. I am extremely thankful to SP-Jonathan my boss, Jonathan and the wonderful team of colleagues and not forgetting my supportive clients who have brought me this far!
There is always a saying "Life is short - work hard, play hard!" With the flexible working hours and rewarding income, I have been able to spend quality time with my daughter and family, and continue to focus on my career and achieve a well-balanced lifestyle. I'm glad I made the right choice!
